Hi, I’m Miranda… a qualified Meditation & Mindfulness teacher and Member of Meditation Australia.  Additionally I hold a qualification in mental health.

 

I’m passionate about meditation and mindfulness and love the way it helps to create a sense of ease and calm from the inside, out. This is what I love to teach!

 

Learning a range of practical techniques can help you manage the feelings associated with stress, anxiety and depression, anger, worry and physical and/or emotional pain. From there you can begin to feel better.

​Finding a teacher who truly resonates with you can make all the difference, especially if you're new to meditation. The journey into mindfulness is deeply personal and the right guidance will help create a sense of safety, support and clarity along the way.

It's also important to know that meditation can bring both calming and challenging experiences, especially during difficult times. With the right support however, these moments can become part of a meaningful and transformative practice.​
